Flowing Flowers

Watercolour blooms painted with wet-on-wet paint application.

Bleeding petals, gently arching stems and colour traveling through and past the forms' edges. Blooms open, drip and blur across the paper. Painted as studies where botanical motifs are tested for future surface work.
